A list of mail servers that send backscatter: misdirected bounces (NDRs), misdirected autoresponders or sender callouts to forged sender addresses, detected when such traffic hits UCEPROTECT's spam-trap addresses. Intended to be used in 'safe mode' (only for empty-sender <> and postmaster mail), since listed hosts also send legitimate mail.
