A list of IP addresses seen making an abusive number of connections or trying many invalid recipients at ISP and telco mail servers and that have no reverse DNS (PTR) record, a pattern typical of bots and spammers. SpamRATS says such traffic is roughly half of all wasted mail-server overhead.
